Born and raised in Medford, MA, Adam LoRusso’s early years were spent drawing on the floor of his father’s art studio.  His father, a wildlife sculptor, shared his knowledge and ignited Adam’s passion for making art.

After spending his teenage years drawing tour posters and making album artwork for the various bands he played in, Adam studied graphic design and studio art in college.  Involvement in the metal music scene initially inspired Adam’s interest in tattoo culture and history. This interest would continue to grow and accelerate until he was offered a tattoo apprenticeship in 2010.

Throughout the following decade, Adam fused his love for philosophical and diverse religious studies with his various artistic practices in order to further a quest for self-understanding.

Adam currently tattoos full time at his private space Last Light Tattoo Studio in Medford and paints and draws at Porter Mill Studios in Beverly.
