Original Studio Studies & Oil Sketches by Adam LoRusso
Studio Studies are original oil sketches started with a live model under predetermined time constraints, then later finished from memory. This method allows me to explore the visible world while engaging my imagination. These smaller paintings allow for discovery and experimentation; the paint application and techniques tested on these projects frequently inform my larger-scale works. These studies offer a unique opportunity to own an original piece of fine art that provides direct insight into my creative process. Questions?
